El Refugio is dedicated to providing hospitality, support, and advocacy for immigrants at Stewart Detention Center (SDC) and their families. By working to educate the community about the inhumane detention system and partnering with local and national organizations, El Refugio strives to uplift the voices of those affected by deportation and detention, all while playing a crucial role in their support system.
