Halifax International Security Forum is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan organization based in Washington, DC. Founded in 2009, HFX promotes greater understanding, builds trust, and deepens ties through international programming, believing that true security can only be achieved through the benefits of democracy, leading to economic prosperity and lasting peace.
