Mission
The African American Cultural and Historical Museum of Washtenaw County (AACHM) is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the rich heritage of Black Americans in Washtenaw County. Founded in 1993, the museum offers educational programs, exhibits, and tours focused on local black history, including historic sites of the Underground Railroad.
