Founded in 1947, the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA) is a not-for-profit honorary and professional organization of arbitrators. It aims to improve the understanding of arbitration and its capacity to resolve labor and employment disputes, actively participating in appellate litigation and collaborating with various professional entities in the field.
