Quad County Urban League (QCUL) was founded in 1975 to address local needs in Dupage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties in Illinois. The organization focuses on empowering individuals and investing in communities, by providing programs in workforce development, youth and education, housing education, and civic engagement aimed at creating social and economic equality.
