The corporation aims to enhance and expand the cooperative efforts of the sponsoring countries by establishing a central point for mental health & disability leaders in networking, educating mental health leaders, acting as a resource for mental health & disability leaders in sponsoring and developing countries, and identifying best practices with regard to mental health & disability services management and operaational policies.
