Somali American Council of Oregon (SACOO) is dedicated to improving our community by creating hope and unity. SACOO conducts outreach and promotes dialogue on public policy issues, aspiring to be the umbrella organization for Somali organizations in Oregon and fostering cooperation between various Somali community-based organizations.
