Mission

To provide quality health care services by operating diagnostic and treatment facilities pursuant to article 28 of the public health law of new york state. the center operates two clinics in dunkirk, new york, one clinic in jamestown, new york, and one clinic in goawanda, ny to offer these services to our patients. the center provides these ambulatory health care, wellness, and related services to anyone, regardless of ability to pay, residing in under-served and other designated communities in the chautauqua and surrounding region. the center also provides physical, occupational and speech services in dunkirk, jamestown and mayville areas which are soon to become article 28 facilities.
