The WMC Litigation Center is a 501(c)(3) public interest law firm affiliated with Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, dedicated to defending the business community from unlawful governmental overreach that burdens employers and negatively impacts the economy of Wisconsin. Through legal action, the Center aims to uphold the rule of law, ensuring regulatory certainty and protecting the free enterprise system.
