The state sexual assault coalition for ohio, ohio alliance to end sexual violence (oaesv) advocates for comprehensive responses and rape crisis services for survivors and empowers communities to prevent sexual violence. our objectives include: end isolation of survivors and agencies working on their behalf, to improve services and responses to survivors and all those impacted by sexual violence, increase public awareness about sexual violence, and to inform and shape public policy. sexual violence is a form of oppression that is connected to, supports, and is supported by other forms of oppression. oaesv believes that the effort to confront any form of oppression requires a commitment to confronting all forms of oppression.
