Established nearly 60 years ago, the organization offers a comprehensive program that includes academic enrichment, college access, leadership development, and career exposure. These programs are designed to give high-potential Black students the resources and support they need to graduate from high school, attend selective colleges, and ultimately change their life trajectories.

LINK Unlimited Scholars provides a comprehensive four-year high school fellowship that includes academic enrichment, leadership development, career exposure, and extensive college access programs. These efforts collectively ensure that LINK Scholars are well-prepared for college and beyond.
The Jr. LINK program, launched in 2020, supports middle school students in preparing for their high school journey, focusing on academic readiness and leadership development early in their educational careers.
Through exposure to various career opportunities and college environments, LINK Scholars are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to make informed decisions about their futures. This includes mentorship opportunities that provide real-world insights and guidance.
