(RID) serves members, the interpreting profession, and the public by promoting and advocating for qualified and effective interpreters in all spaces where intersectional diverse Deaf lives are impacted. RID focuses on enhancing the skills and ethical standards of interpreters through certification, professional development, and resources to improve language access.
