The organization is designed to encourage and promote the artistic, musical, educational, community and recreational development of fort smith, arkansas. includes talent buying for in-house productions, special events that may include music concerts, theater, dance, artist residencies, lectures and community outreach programs and to encourage and assist in the development of downtown fort smith, arkansas.
