To recognize individuals,businesses and organizations in the greater dublin,ohio area who have performed volunteer services that are beneficial to the community , prodiving scholarships to individuals to further educational endeavors , honoring students and school staff who exemplify the best of vulunteerism , providing education opportunities in leadership skill development , and promoting continued involvement in community service.
