Mission

To provide youth with sports, educational and civic direction helping them build the character and self-esteem they need to reach their full potential and value in society.in 2022, bcyl served over 1,700 youth, a 136% increase compared to 2021. bcyl also introduced two new programs: the trade assessment preparation program for high school students not planning to attend college, and the young entrepreneur leadership program.
