Mission
C-CAP, or Careers through Culinary Arts Program, is a national nonprofit that partners with high schools to provide hospitality and culinary education, college scholarships, and career development opportunities to underserved youth. With programs across various states, C-CAP connects over 23,000 students annually to opportunities in the culinary industry, helping them gain essential skills and secure internships and jobs.
