Chiquita Brands Verdict
In an historic verdict, Colombian victims won a lawsuit against Chiquita Brands for financing paramilitary death squads. The jury found the banana company liable for its actions, marking a significant win for justice and accountability.
Water Protectors Prevail
In 2022, a Minnesota court lifted the police blockade against Indigenous-led protest spaces, marking a major victory for water protectors fighting against the Line 3 pipeline.
Training EarthRights Defenders
EarthRights has successfully trained over 400 environmental and human rights defenders through its EarthRights School, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to advocate for justice.
