Students embark on their journey with eight weeks of rigorous business technology training, acquiring essential skills in information technology, business operations, and professional development.

Upon completing their training, students are matched to a paid, year-long internship at a partner company, working twenty-hour weeks during school and refining their skills while providing valuable services.
Throughout their internship, students also receive more than sixty hours of guidance, counseling, and planning related to their future career paths, including college selection, applications, certification training, and financial aid assistance.
