The object and purpose of the organization is to own and operate adequate fire and emergency medical apparatus and equipment for the purpose of suppressing uncontrolled wildland and structure fires and providing pre-hospital emergency medical care to protect the lives and property in the towns of worden, huntley, and pompeys and the surrounding areas established by boundaries and/or contract in yellowstone county, montana; to purchase and own real property and personal property, and to construct and maintain necessary buildings and facilities for the storage and housing of all said apparatus and equipment.
