The organization was formed to provide free medical, dental ,legal and christian spiritual counseling and assistance and a community outreach program. due to the pandamic caused by covid-19 and the shelter in place orders from the pa governor, fewer individuals requested this free service and as a consequence the organization ceased operations in 2022. the facility and all equipment was sold in 2022 . the net funds remaining after the mortgage payoff were earmarked for charity. that contribution of the net funds to charity occurred in 2023.
