Provide assistance to owners and owner's agents of racing greyhounds or qualified greyhound adoption groups to help offset costs and ensure proper veterinary care of injured or sick greyhound dogs and would otherwise not be assisted due to limited resources. it will offer asistance facilitating transportation of retired racing greyhound dogs to qualified greyhound adoption groups or hold greyhounds for later placements into qualified adoptive homes.

To find good homes for pets from local county facilities, shelters, and humane societies which would otherwise be euthanized, using but not limited to the following methods: a mobile pet adoption unit, pet supply stores, adoption out of foster care families and placement from a family who can no longer keep their pet.
