The organization's vision is to teach people of all ages the theory and practice of mindfulness-based buddhist meditation techniques in order to help them improve their general well-being and deal with personal mental suffering, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Community housing and opportunity foundation ('chof') was formed for the charitable purpose of conducting activities that facilitate and promote the development and operation of affordable housing as well as support the residents of such housing. chof's primary focus will be to facilitate the development and operation of affordable housing.
