To provide employment and job training for developmentally disabled citizens of champaign county. to operate for the benefit of the champaign county board of developmental disabilities in the operation of a third party administrator for the benefit of the public and those persons in particular who are eligible for the services of the board.

The champaign-logan education foundation's mission is to promote the education of students in champaign and logan counties',oh high schools and to award and administer scholarship funds.
