Expand amateur digital radio. tapr is involved in a multi-year development project, funded by ardc, to develop a specialized radio receiver for a personal space weather station (psws); a project partially funded by the national science foundation and led by dr. n frissell at university of scranton. the objective is to develop a low cost, mass- producible design for hobbyists and scientists to observe the effects of space weather on radio wave propagation.

To teach the fundamentals of soccer and the necessity of fair play, discipline and sportsmanship. to inspire and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the sport of soccer. to provide recreation for our area youth. to coordinate competition between members of baysa and members of other say affiliates. to organize and run projects to provide funds necessary for the operation of baysa. to perform all functions necessary to carry out the said projects.
