The purpose of this association is to provide and operate an animal rescue facility for dogs and cats in need of rescue services.

To provide affordable housing for low-income individuals.

Provides cash support to veterans. once get an approval from a case worker at the va, we pay directly to the vendor expenses such as rent and utility bills. additionally we give clothing to veterans and others in need. additional donate items that cannot be sold at the boutique are donated to other non-profits.

Provide monthly bill payment services

Provide assistance to the poor, distressed, underprivileged, and vulnerable, through relief and development activities as well as providing logistical and technical support in the deployment of relief and development activities which bring or increase access to food, water, and shelter facilities as well as increased access to educational and training opportunities for the poor, distressed, underprivileged and vulnerable.

To benefit, perform the functions of, carry out the purpose of and to uphold, promote and further the welfare and activities of related non-profit organizations located in oregon, north carolina, maine, connecticut and michigan.
