David e. boone, sr. ministries, inc. is the provider for the miller county senior center located at 1007 jefferson avenue, texarkana, arkansas. it is a non-profit organization providing transportation, socialization, congregate and/or home delivered meals to the senior citizens of miller county. our center is open monday through friday. the community services we provide help our seniors to live healthy independent lives. our transportation service includes transporting seniors to and from the center. we also provide transportation to shopping centers and/or doctor office visits if needed. daily, we provide congregate meals to our seniors and for those who are basically homebound, they may receive a meal delivered to their home.

Raise funds to build recreational paths throughout the city

The santiago foundation will act as a fund to provide long-term financial support for st james church, texarkana, in its mission and ministry of propagating the gospel and restoring all people to god and to each other through sacramental worship and christ-like living by receiving and retaining gifts from the church, the community and individuals, and for distributing such assets directly to, or at the direction of st james church, texarkana.
