Amikids, inc. ("amikids") is affiliated with 58 charitable organizations (40 are currently active and the remaining organizations are currently inactive and may be reopened) that operate programs for troubled youth and eleven entities that hold property and provide fundraising and other support to those operating entities (collectively, the "group members"). amikids and the group members operate programs that rehabilitate troubled youth. amikids' most significant activity is the provision of unified leadership, management and direction to the group members. for example, amikids sets comprehensive pay plan policies, administers the conflict of interest policy and sets competitive bid processes for the group members. amikids' juvenile justice programs offer an attractive alternative to juvenile incarceration that is less expensive and more effective than incarceration. amikids' other programs are also more effective and less expensive than more restrictive programs.

Provide a forum for educational interaction for college students in the field of history. the organization provides financial assistance to students who submit papers, transcripts and letters of recommendation. the organization also prepares journals for its members and others to enhance historical education and achievement.

Empowering educators, other youth services professionals, and parents/guardians with training, coaching, and research-based resources to equip youth with emotional intelligence skills.

Underground network, inc. is organized to rethink ecclesiology and leadership towards missional and transformational expressions of the church through consulting and leadership development.

This program provides a youth soccer program to over 600 children in the north tampa area.

The purpose of the foundation is to receive donations and grants of money or property of any kind or value and disburse those funds and/or otherwise act in any manner designed to preserve and record the history of henry mitchell elementary school, promote public education, support the curriculum of henry mitchell elementary school, beautify henry mitchell elementary school and its grounds, support the faculty and parent/teacher association ("pta") of henry mitchell elementary school in their efforts to provide the best possible educational experience, and advance any other lawful purpose not for pecuniary profit that relates to henry mitchell elementary school, and such other exclusively charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended.
