To raise, hold, invest & administer funds & to make expenditures for the benefit of the foundation's programs & services. expenditures will support programs & (see attached continuation of description attached).

Provided safe housing free from drugs & alcohol for 130 residents who were then able to address their substance abuse issues through counseling and guidance
