The sole purpose of the make a difference foundation, inc. is to support and fund community betterment projects within st. elizabeth, mo and the nearby communities. the initial actvities of the foundation will consist of identifying community needs in safety, plus education in health and opioid usage. also, the focus will be on working with other organizations to provide meaningful educational and recreational opportunities for youth.
