The mission of neighbor to neighbor - faith in action is to connect washburn county residents who are aged 60 and above to compassionate volunteers and a network of businesses, organizations, and faith communities who are committed to supporting them.

The spooner cemetery association is dedicated to the reverential care of the bodies of those who have died, and in death have been remanded to our care for interment in a sacred and safe resting place. the spooner cemetery association is committed to the care of the graves of those who have been entrusted to the care of the association and as such the spooner cemetery association acts as a custodian of a historical landmark and its records.

To provide children in the spooner area the opportunity to play hockey at a minimal cost

To provide high quality healthcare.

To provide parent education and support parent/child interactive acivities to prevent child abuse and neglect.

To provide a place for surrendered & abandoned pets to receive care, to be adopted & to provide the public with pet knowledge.

To rescue, rehabilitate, and release wild raptors and to humanely alleviate the suffering of those raptors whose circumstances preclude rehabilitation.

Promote economic development for low income individuals.

To develop, own and manage affordable housing in the public interest.

Provide job and capital creation in the private sector in northwest wisconsin.
