The organization serves under-resourced youth attending spartanburg county sc public schools in grades six through twelve who are academically capable but may not have the experience and resources to attend college. the purpose of the organization is to increase educational, social, and economic mobility of those students.

To establish reproducible churches as well as equip national christians in the five countries we are actively engaged in. in a complimentary manner, we also work to mobilize christians in multiple countries to serve in our ministry areas, in addition to providing short-term humanitarian relief through various avenues among refugees and the marginalized where our missionaries serve.

The northside initiative is working to fundamentally transform the northside neighborhood into a community of choice, where current residents choose to stay and new people choose to move. residents who want to stay and make a better life for themselves in the northside will have every opportunity to do so. the northside initiative has been described as the most ambitious redevelopment in spartanburg's history. residents and stakeholders at all levels were key to the development of this implementation plan.
