To promote safety and welfare of volunteer firefighters and to assist with fire prevention for the town of solon and the surrounding area.

To provide affordable housing to low income residents age 62 and over, or disabled regardless of age.

To provide financial support to the sts peter and paul historical foundation. the historical foundation maintains a church on the national and state registers of historical places.
