To provide funds for the construction of facilities for wildlife research and education. funds may also be provided to universities, non- governmental organizations, or non-profit organizations conducting wildlife research and education programs. all grants approved will be to schools, universities, or other charitable foundations for wildlife research and education programs for the benefit of children, students, and the public. the foundation may provide fellowships to universities for individuals conducting wildlife research.
