The sole mission of the organization is to build an endowment fund for the purpose of ensuring the long-term financial health of the verde valley school.

Teach and promote the principles and practices of taoism.

Provides food to those in need in the verde valley & sedona arizona area.

To educate and grant scholarships to young artists and provide a venue for the enhancement of art to the professional art community

The association is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes, primarily funeral and burial services, and organized, pursuant to irc section 501(c)13 and other applicable law. these purposes of the association include, but are not limited to, operating a cometary, managing the affairs of the cemetery, and serving the need of families and persons interned at the cemetery.
