The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for civic purposes to promote the elimination of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use in the scottsville, allen county, kentucky community through education, prevention and intervention, with attention to programs and activities focusing on faith.

The organization is committed to preserving and protecting dugas community park and dumont hill park while providing educational and recreational opportunities for the region. in partnership with western kentucky university and the college heights foundation, the park will work with learners ranging from pre-k to adults to provide varied and meaningful learning experiences. the park will encompass roughly 320 acres and offer numerous amenities to the public including walking/hiking trails, amphitheater, farmers market, tree house village, horseback riding trails and stable, and mountain biking trails. these experiences will be intertwined with civil war heritage, natural conservancy, health and wellness, as well as agricultural uses to become a one-of-a-kind rural heritage park.

The mission of the organization is to identify, negotiate and finance the inclusion of new industries to the community and assist existing industries to meet needs that will benefit the community.

This organization performs the duties of a volunteer chaplain with five correctional facilities. these duties include counseling inmates, organization and leadership of bible studies and assisting inmates in obtaining emergency visits to hospitals and funerals of loved ones.

To raise funds to enhance and expand our athletic programs, support the athletes, their coaches,and the administration, in order to allow the allen county-scottsville athletes to achieve thier full potential.
