Fledging youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to exposing and educating youth to the amazing world of aviation. we offer summer programs for children ages 12 and up in a variety of state-of-the-art training formats.

Founded by a group of passionate parents whose adult children shared a similar experience with arizonas behavioral health system. you see, while our behavioral health system adequately serves tens of thousands of adults with a serious mental illness (smi) every year, there is a percentage of our smi population for whom our behavioral health system is seriously and materially inadequate.

Our mission is to rescue and transform the lives of at-risk maasai girls by providing food & shelter medical attention counseling education and training in a loving familial and safe environment. we purposely and intentionally prepare the girls for a future of financial independence and self-sufficiency by developing a well-documented personalized plan for each girl that aligns with their personality interests and talents. in fy 2022 we completed phases i ii and iii of the mgrc ecovillage. this included 98% completion of 3 girls homes currently housing 20 girls plus 4 house mothers per house. we completed construction of our multi-purpose complex which includes a dining hall administration building preschool building and educational skills building. we drilled for water installed water storage tanks for 100,000 liters of water as well as all of the plumbing systems necessary. the mgrc ecofarm supplies 100% of our vegetables and protein.
