The purpose of the band boosters is to assist the band directors in carrying out the activities and realizing the objectives of the high school band program to promote interest and support for the band program and to promote school spirit through attendance at band functions. the band boosters award scholarships to senior students, band camp growth awards to underclassmen, and purchase needed equipment and supplies for the band program.

To organize and supervise the playing of various youth sports as needed under specialized rules and regulations, obtain financial backing for these purposes, and to provide suitable playing facilities and equipment to conduct and support said sports.

The corporation is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the state of texas, for the purpose of developing and operating an apartment complex of 22 units in seguin, texas. the corporation will operate under the provisions of section 811 of the national affordable housing act and be regulated by the u.s. department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and oeprating methods. the project's major program is its section 811 capital advance and project rental assistance.
