To provide better care for animals in santa barbara county shelters.

To preserve and restore the minerva clubhouse and grounds, and to provide public access to the landmark for educational purposes, and to carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with this goas as allowed by law.

Raise funds for marian cancer center thru annual classic car run, lunches and bbq's. funds donated to assist numerous cancer patients, providing needed medical supplies and assist patients with transportation for treatments.

Residential care and treatment of emotionally and physically neglected children.

To support, help and encourage all women facing a pregnancy with concerns and also to teach our youth the risks of sexual activity outside of marriage.

Drug and alcohol awareness programs

Union plaza is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of california. the corporation, among other things, owns and operates a 122 unit property known as union plaza apartments (the "property") located in santa maria, california, which provides housing for low income elderly persons. the property also consists of approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space (excluding roof top space) that it leases to various tenants.
