Legal services

The salt lake art center dba utah museum of contemporary arts is a nonprofit corporation organized to foster the development of utah and regional contemporary visual art, to educate the public to an appreciation of contempoary visual art and to bring together artists and non-artists into a working organization, to present the work of utah, regional, and national contemporary artists to the public by means of exhibitions and other activities, to promote and increase public interest in contemporary visutal art and to educate and stimulate the community in such matters.

The mission of this is the place foundation is to educate the public about the history, culture, and contemporary legacy of utah's early settlers and the cultures, groups, and indigenous people with whom they interacted through interpretive programs, living history experiences, research, and exhibits.

The organization is a taft-hartley collectively bargained jointly administered apprenticeship fund. the program seeks to train and provide highly skilled workers for the plumbing, pipefitting and hvac industries. a board of trustees comprised of fifty percent management trustees and fifty percent union trustees administers the fund.
