The inter agency council of human services is a private non-profit organization that plans, advocates, collaborates, develops and implements programs for nj residents.

The society's exempt purpose is to discover, procure, and preserve whatever may relate to the natural, civil, literary and ecclesiastical history of salem county and perpetuate the historical heritage for present and future generations.
