Primary purpose-sponsor the rockdale fair and rodeo and to provide youth activities in the rockdale and milam co area. activities include sponsoring the rodeos, livestock auction and pet shows for the hundreds of youth in the area

Monies are solicited from individuals, businesses and corporations to distribute to human services non-profit organizations to help underprivileged and needy individuals. they must complete a questionnaire regarding funding and distribution requirements
