The mission of the organization is to act as sponsor for the rock valley rotary foster grandparent program who's primary purpose is to provide opportunities for low-income persons age 60 and over to provide supportive services to children with special or exceptional needs. the organization also provides caregivers age 60 and older for informal and respite care to home based elderly and their caregivers.
