Hope initiatives envisions the day when "receivers" have become "givers". this happens when those who depend upon some form of social service support to meet basic needs have become self-sufficient and able to meet their own needs, and are then willing and able to lend a hand to those who cannot yet help themselves. we help receivers break the cycle of dependency by serving others, developing skills, and thinking differently about their potential.
