The mission of the organization is to provide a loving christian home for at risk teenage girls, connect them to who they are in the eyes of god, and equip them with life skills essential to wholeness.

To assist missions and/or missionaries by raising awareness and financial support and to provide assistance in the area of administration and organization.

To establish a primary care physician pipeline for rural and underserved alabama by assisting alabama hospitals in developing graduate medical education programs to increase the probability that alabama-trained medical students who do their residency in these hospitals will practice in alabama.

Conduct the baldwin county annual fair.

To train volunteer firefighters and respond to emergency calls within the area. to provide emergency care as necessary to the area based on 911 calls and emergency medical services.

To operate and maintain a protective shelter for battered and or/abused women, men and children or those affected by family violence.

To provide emergency and medical services as needed in the elsanor community within baldwin county.

This board contracts with the alabama department of mental health/mental retardation to allocate state funds to service providers in baldwin county alabama under public law 310 of the state of alabama. this board also manages the clarke county, alabama 310 board under a cost reimbusement contract.

The immediate mission is to provide homecare and counseling to troubled and displaced youth on a temporary basis. the longterm aim is to work with these young people so that they can overcome their trevails and become a contributing member of society.
