To operate and maintain a facility that will provide homeless cats with shelter, food, water and medical care until the cats can be adopted. also, to trap-neuter-release (tnr) feral cats in our surrounding areas.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of pre-hospital care and transportation to those who are sick or injured, at no cost. we are proud to be a part of the amwell valley tradition of caring for our neighbors in their time of need.

The organization provides education programs for certification of contractors. the proceeds are used to provide scholarships to students in order to advance their careers.
