The mission of the rhome community library is to enhance the quality of life for all persons of the community by promoting the use of the library and assembling and administering an organized collection of books, reference materials, and related educational materials in order to educate, entertain, and enlighten patrons. the rhome community library provides quality materials and services that fulfill educational, information, cultural, and recreational needs of the entire communiy in an atmosphere that is welcoming, respectful, and businesslike. to this end, the libreary provides an array of materials, services and professional assistance, as well as facilities for the support of education, civic, and cultural activities.
