The organization is a charitable and educational organization, the purposes of which are to solicit, hold, manage, invest, and expend the endowment funds and other gifts, grants and bequests exclusively for the maintenance and benefit of reedsburg area medical center, inc. and reedsburg area senior life center, inc both of reedsburg, wisconsin, and such of its medical research, educational or charitable programs or activities as the board of directors of the foundation deems to be suitable and appropriate.
