Lutherlyn properties holds title and collects income from real and personal property for the benefit of its sole member, lutherlyn and makes distributions to lutherlyn or its supporting organization, lutherlyn foundation, each of which is a 501(c)3 entity.

Public library providing access to books and periodicals for the encouragement of reading as well as movies to help supplement the financial needs of the organization.
