Pvcpr's mission is to provide a centralized location and facilities for the recreational and community benefit of the residents and youth of mendocino county.

To foster and promote the physical, mental, social, educational, vocational and character development of the greater potter valley area. to establish and maintain a drug free facility where a contribution to recreation, physical, social and emotional needs of all community members are provided.

We are committed to caring for homeless cats and dogs and establishing a no kill community for cats and dogs in mendocino county, and educating their owners as well as the general populace. our volunteers provide temporary shelter and medical care.
