To raise funds for scholarships for local students and grants for teachers

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes , including , for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that quality as exempt organizations described under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code and to assist the city of port arthur, texas economic development corporation in financing, constructiong, rehabilitatiog, renovating, repairing, equipping furniture, leasing properties, facitities, street improvements and parking lots.

To rescue the poor, hungry and homeless of the golden triangle communities by rendering recovery services in a christian enviroment.
